About-us

With a view to increase the coverage and to provide speedy and hassle free services to the Insured Persons and Employers, Sub Regional Office at Kollam was set up on 8/9/2005. The Sub Regional Office has been catering to the needs of Insured Persons and Employers located in the Districts of Kollam, Alleppey and Pathanamthitta.

 

The total number of Insured Persons and Employers in Kollam Sub Region is around 1,85,000 and 7800   respectively. Kollam Sub Region comprises of 14 ESIC Branch offices,   44 ESI Dispensaries, 1 ESI Hospital run by the State Government and 2 ESIC run hospitals.

 

Tie-up arrangements have also been made with major private hospitals for providing cashless Super specialty treatment to the Insured Persons of the area.

 

Redressal of Public Grievances

 

ESIC SRO Kollam has put in an effective mechanism for redressal of grievances. Suvidha Samagams are conducted regularly at Branch Offices by Branch Managers and at Sub Regional Office by Joint Director I/c.

 

Shri. M T Gawandi, Assistant Director (Tel No  :  0474-2761146) is designated as Complaints/Grievance Officer and complaints received are dealt with and disposed of on priority. The complaints are closely monitored.

  • 1. Login into CPGRAM
  • 2. In section "Grievance Detail" select "Others/Not Listed/Not Known"
  • 3. In the "Ministry/Department" Drop Down Select ESIC
  • 4. In "Subordinate Department/Office" select the Regional Office
  • 5. Provide details of the complaint
